GFL in the NCR

— Posted by John (April 24, 2006 at 4:39 pm)

This past week’s edition of the National Catholic Register includes a very favorable profile of Generations for Life titled “Youth Well Spent”.

The writer, Joseph Pronechen, interviewed Annie and me for the article a few weeks ago, and also some of the students whom we’ve helped to start pro-life clubs at their schools.

They include Margaret Motto, a senior Lincoln-Way Central High School in New Lenox, IL (several of whose club members were featured in a previous post highlighting their bold activism), and Sandra Ramirez, who started a club at Loretto Academy in El Paso, TX. Sandra is now president of the pro-life club at the University of Dallas.

You can read the article here [PDF]. Thanks, NCR, for the free publicity!
