Sunnyday,
Going natural is the battlecry of so many people; pampering the body has become the almost an obsession with some (that’s why spas in my country have mushroomed).

You see the same trend here. Spas, health food stores etc. I belong to a health food coop that I used to work at. There are people who will use all-natural everything! They won't even take antibiotics for a sinus infection but rather use echinacea and a neti pot. But the story changes once you talk contraception and abortion. Those are good carcinogens!

Rosie,

Ugh, I liked Drew Barrymore! I give up.

Sunnyday comments "I wish some celebrity would talk about how using oral contraceptives is messing with the ecology of the body, because it really is."

Good point. The actions of all medicines (antibiotics, antihistimines, anticoagulants, etc.) except contraceptive aim at returning the anatomy to a prefixed state or health. So oral and other hormonal contraception are NOT REALLY MEDICINES at all. They are what can be classified as a POISON. Now we all know that the effects of this poison are desired but it is a POISON nonetheless. Not a poison in a sense of causing total physical death, but a poison of a function.

I do not think people stop to think about this, because the effects of the poison are desired but that is exactly what it is.

Pansy,
I know what you mean, I just can't watch a movie with Cameron Diaz or Drew Barrymore in it after their appearance on the Oprah show where they were saying if you don't want rape to be legal then you shouldn't vote republican, after Bill Clinton of all people was president. I was so embarassed for them.

Going natural is the battlecry of so many people; pampering the body has become the almost an obsession with some (that's why spas in my country have mushroomed). And then women go and pollute their bodies with pills and injectibles that mess with the body's natural condition! That is tampering with nature.

I swear, everytime you think you can enjoy a celebrity's movies, they have to go and say something stupid. So from now on when you watch them on the screen you remember their ignorance instead of enjoying the show.

Did you know the entire world’s population can fit within the boundries of the State of Texas?

LEGEND

1 Acre = 43,560 Square Feet

1 Square Mile = 640 Acres or 27,878,400 Square Feet (640 x 43,560)

——————–

World Population = 6,276,000,000 people

State of Texas = 268,601 Square Miles or 171,904,640 Acres (268,601 x 640) or 7,488,166,118,400 Square Feet (268,601 x 640 x 43,560)

———————-

Average Size 2-Story Home with 3-4 Bedrooms = 1,500 to 2,400 Square Feet (Thus 750 - 1,200 Square Feet is Needed on the Ground Floor).

This home would fit 5-6 people per house comfortably!

Therefore 150-240 (750 to 1,200/ 5 people per household) Square Feet of Ground Space Per Person is needed to fit 5-6 people comfortably in a 2-story home in the state of Texas.

——————–

State of Texas = 7,488,166,118,400 Square Feet/ 6,276,000,000 people in the world = 1,193 Square Feet Per Person is available for the entire world’s population to live in the state of Texas.

As noted above only 150-240 Square Feet of Ground Space is needed per person to fit 5-6 people comfortably in a 2-story home in the state of Texas!!!

——————

You can double check my math!

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say that birthcontrol is messing with nature?
