It takes a lot of guts to admit that you committed murder and are now sorry about it. It takes no guts at all to continue to justify the bad behavior. If two of my children stole money from my purse to buy ice cream and one of them kept insisting that he didn't steal it, he just borrorowed it but one of them admitted that he took it, it was wrong and he was sorry, which one would be braver?
