Fetal Models

— Posted by Annie (February 19, 2007 at 2:23 pm)

Fetal modelBaby Innocence is one of the best fetal models I have ever seen. It probably looks more like a miniature size full term baby than a fetus, but I think that’s okay.

If you’re interested in getting some for your club or to use when counseling at the abortion clinic, you can contact Heritage House. They are a bit pricey so if you would like something more reasonable, check out their other models. They’re not as visually appealing, but still effective I’m sure.

I dunno — I think it’s more important to be accurate. You lose your credibility otherwise.

I suppose you’re right. But most of the other 12 week models aren’t accurate in weight. There used to be a great fetal model that was physically accurate and it weighed what a 12 week fetus weighs. But of course they quit making them.

Did you see the cover of the Feb. 26 issue of Time Magazine? The cover story is “The Abortion Campaign You Never Hear About: Crisis Pregnancy Centers are working to win over one woman at a time. But are they playing fair?” By Nancy Gibbs. I haven’t read it yet, but the cover photo is a series of very similar fetal models in growing order.
