The difference between "values voters" and the rest who you allege vote based on a set of values is that "values voters" actually have a hard core set of values that their vote is based upon. The rest just vote for the guy they find the most likeable and who they believe might put more money in their pocket (through taxing the "rich" or giving tax cuts to the...."not rich").
