Bill Clinton Lashes Out at Pro-Life Students in Steubenville
Follows Outburst of Rage Earlier in Canton, Ohio at Obama Supporter
STEUBENVILLE, OHIO - Agitated after being greeted by over a hundred pro-life students at a rally in Steubenville tonight, Clinton lost his temper yet again after losing his cool at an Obama supporter in Canton, Ohio. This time, Clinton lashed out during his speech at the pro-life students:
Transcript
“I gave you the answer. We disagree with you,” Clinton said. “You wanna criminalize women and their doctors and we disagree. I reduced abortion. Tell the truth, tell the truth, If you were really pro-life, if you were really pro-life, you would want to put every doctor and every mother as an accessory to murder in prison. And you won’t say you wanna do that because you know, that you wouldn’t have a lick of political support. Now, the issue is who, the issue is, you can’t name me anybody presently in politics that did more to introduce policies that reduce the number of real abortions instead of the hot air putting out to tear people up and make votes by dividing America. This is not your rally. I heard you. That’s another thing you need is a president, somebody who will stick up for individual rights and not be pushed around, and she won’t.”
An ABC News reporter commented, “He was so angry, we, in the press, couldn’t keep up with what he was saying.”
How long do pro-abortion politicians think they can get away with claiming that pro-lifers want to jail women who have abortions?
SFLA Executive Director Kristan Hawkins commented:
Our generation is pro-life. It is amazing that these pro-abortion politicians think that they can continuously support the killing of millions of unborn children and no one will express their dissatisfaction. They think they don’t ever have to answer questions about their pro-abortion policies or the money they receive from pro-abortion lobbying organizations. This generation will no longer tolerate these types of politicians, their rhetoric, or their pro-death policies.

Hmmm….I never liked him before or after his presidency. WE “tear people up and make votes dividing America” (?)…man, he’s really out of touch and just doing projection…and the nerve of him telling Pro-lifers what we need…

I don’t want to see abortionists and murderous moms put in jail. I want to see them tried for murder and upon conviction executed swiftly, painfully and publicly. Justice is ALWAYS better than injustice and jail is an unjust punishment for any capital crime.

Quinn,
Please consider showing some compassion. What would Jesus do?
Not every one of us has killed a baby through abortion, or killed multiple people with a gun (like the awful school shootings that keep happening) but each of us has done awful things.
But God is patient with all of us when we hurt others, and He is merciful, and asks us to show mercy and forgive those who hurt us and others around us. Executing abortionists or women who kill their children through abortion is not the thing to do.
Anyways…. the abortionists should definitely go to jail, for several reasons. Many practice “medecine” illegally without a license, and sexually abuse women while they are under anesthesia. Also, tons of them don’t report statuatory rape when 12-15 year olds come in for abortion, allowing the sexual abuse to continue and ruin the lives of young ladies forever.
(Just think; would qualified, respectable people really be attracted to doing something as bloody and totally against the doctor’s oath, as abortion?)
Women, however, should NEVER EVER be “criminalized” or put in jail for abortion. Women who have abortions are always a victim, along with their unborn child.
They are victims of our society, which lies to them “you’re in high school, you can’t have a child” or “you’re going to college, you can’t have a child” or “you’re too young, you can’t have a child,” or “you don’t have money, you can’t have a child.”
(Why should we listen to others tell us we can’t succeed?)
Women who have abortions are also forced into it by people that are supposed to love them, like “boyfriends,” even husbands and parents. These people claim to “love” her, but when the woman gets pregnant and is in most need of support, these people turn totally against her, threaten or abuse her, say they’ll leave or kick her out, unless she aborts.
Why should women who go through this hell, and then the hell of abortion, be condemned to hell (or shot to hell) by the rest of us?
No, women should NEVER be criminalized for abortion. Like Lauren and others mention in different posts, we need to look at reasons why women have abortion and work together as a society to eliminate them. >>>
Instead of voting for laws that would put women in jail for abortion, we need to vote for laws demanding every college have on site child care; for highschools to keep a list of nearby child care centers available to students.
We need to raise awarness of “pregnancy descrimination” which is used by employers, athletic teams, etc to pressure women to have abortions, lest they lose their position or job interview.
We need to have tougher laws against rapists and sexual abusers to stop them before they get young ladies pregnant and use abortion to cover up their actions. (Personally, I suggest castration, haha)
As for the original topic, what did Bill Clinton expect when he came to Steubenville? Did he learn nothing from John Kerry? Lol. It does take courage to speak in front of a hostile audience though, I will give him that much.

Katie,
Nice job! You’re great! And welcome to the blog! You will give us some good stuff.
Yes, I agree totally that women who have abortions should not be criminalized or jailed; they are victims. We need to reach out to them with healing and a new life in God’s mercy.
Bill Clinton falsely accused us in the pro-life movement of wanting to criminalize women who have abortions. I think he owes us an apology. When a politician publicly insults groups or persons like that, he usually has to apologize.
But yeah, he should have expected some kind of opposition from the students of the University of Steubenville. That University is awesomely pro-life.
God bless.

Why is a girl a victim of abortion if she chooses to have it? I don’t udnerstand that line of thinking. You are infantilizing women and assuming that each woman has not made an informed and wise choice for herself. What if she simply does not want a child at that moment?

Christina says:
Lauren,
Let me explain how a woman who has an abortion is a victim.
Firstly, when a woman decides to get an abortion, she is a victim of the deception of Planned Parenthood and other abortion-furthuring institutes. They have told her that her baby is not a person and not a blessing in her life. They have told her that her baby is not worth her time, care, and love. And they have told her that she is not ready to be a mother or have another child (what an insult to her capability, strength, and mothering skill!).
Secondly, a woman who gets an abortion is a victim of medical crime. Most abortionists are licensed doctors whose job is to heal and preserve life. They’re supposed to be among the first and strongest in specially assisting pregnant mothers with the care and well-being of their babies and themselves. Abortionists, on the contrary, victimize pregnant mothers by using their medical knowlege, experience, and talent to kill children rather than give the best care to mother and child. Pregnant mothers are supposed to be able to trust doctors to know and do what is best for them and their children; abortionists instead make these women victims of their own failure to practice real medicine.
Thirdly, women who get abortions are victims of society’s lack of appreciation and help for them. Time and again, we hear of how women had their abortions because they could find nowhere to go and no one to turn to for help. Society should look upon pregnant mothers as very special and important people who give invaluable gifts to society.
Yes, women who have abortions are victims, and we in the pro-life movement strive to reach out with help to those mothers who are seeking abortions and also to those mothers who have already been victimized by abortion.
