A lot to think about! Thanks a ton.
Might be worth mentioning the new movie out called "Wanted." Although unrelated to life issues (and very violent and sexual), the ending may have some ties to doing the right thing in terms of life. :)

Hearts need to change first, before the minds.....

We can change hearts thru Prayer.

True. The question know is, how do we get everyone else to see it the same way?

Julie,

Beautiful!

It reminds me that I should have included something in my post about what an insult to God it must be to have some of His people be deemed unwanted!

God bless.

By no means is this comment meant to belittle the original post. Rather, I mean for it to bring the concept of "wanted vs. unwanted" even closer to home.

Though I knew what the title was alluding to before I read the post, the first thing it made me think of was phys ed in elementary school. Haven't all of us, at some point, dreaded being the last person picked for a team? As un-athletic as I was, I was usually among the last people standing. What a terrible feeling that is, to be unwanted.

So to take it a step beyond the mere feeling, to make that "unwanted" label into an action of such permanence, how that must break Christ's heart! How it should break each of ours!
