A Simple Message for Today

And even if you’re not yet old enough to vote, you can still pray.

Please also join me in fasting today for the intention of a pro-life victory at the polls.

I won’t tell you exactly how to fast — that’s not my place — but I can offer a few suggestions:

• A fast from cooked foods (raw only)
• A fast from one or two meals during the day
• A bread and water fast
• A total fast (no food at all, only water)

Whatever fast you choose to undertake, you’ll be joining hundreds of Americans who are taking on this sacrifice for the sake of our nation at this critical time.
