My name is Victoria and I am honored to have been invited to be a guest blogger on this website! I look forward to sharing some of my thoughts and insights on the pro-life movement, as well as my own experiences as a young adult trying to spread the culture of life in a culture of death.
I have been pro-life for as long as I can remember, recognizing even when I was young how wrong abortion is. I have been active in the pro-life movement since about 6th grade and continue to become more involved, as I know it is the most important human rights battle in our day. I also believe pro-life activism starts in the home, by treating family and friends with dignity. If our society is to recognize the humanity of the child in the womb, we must begin by treating those we know with the dignity owed to the human person. But more on this in a future post.
Outside the pro-life movement, my interests are wide and varied! I will soon be a college student, and I am hoping to pursue studies in English Literature and Writing. I love to read anything I can get my hands on, but particularly the classics. I also enjoy sewing, gardening, taking long walks, spending time with family, laughing, music, and studying my Catholic faith.
I am excited to share my perspective on all things pro-life with you, and feel blessed to have this opportunity to do so. I also look forward to your responses and feedback!
