In the past eight days, six undercover videos by Live Action have been released showing Planned Parenthood clinics in New Jersey, Virginia and New York willing to assist a pimp and his ring of child prostitutes.

The clinic workers gave instructions encouraging the girls to lie, made a referral to an even more lax abortion clinic, and told the pimp that he could sign as the guardian of the girls coming for abortions. All of this ‘justified’ in the name of confidentiality. (more…)

Just two days after Live Action released an undercover video showing a clinic manager at Planned Parenthood of Central New Jersey coaching a man and a woman posing as sex traffickers how to obtain STD testing, contraception, and abortions for their underage prostitutes, they’ve released another video this morning showing the same thing at a Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Richmond, Virginia:

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering why so many people who are pro-life aren’t more involved in pro-life activities, there is often a very simple explanation:

Because they haven’t been invited.

A recent post on the Students for Life of Illinois blog — titled “The Power of an Invitation” — illustrates exactly that:

It was not until a friend at the University of Illinois invited me to pray outside an abortion clinic that the words “pro-life” actually took meaning in my life. Seeing the women my age enter Planned Parenthood wearing baggy clothes one Friday morning hit me with a wave of compassion and sorrow. It brought the pro-life movement from an abstract ideal to a reality in my life with a face and a story.

Knowing the importance of my generation taking a stand for life, I made it a personal goal to invite the women I mentor on campus to join me in the pro-life campaign happening now in Indianapolis.

Last week, I invited Tessa to go pray with me outside Planned Parenthood during our weekly discipleship time. (more…)

The Planned Parenthood Federation of America will cut ties with its San Francisco affiliate office, Planned Parenthood Golden Gate, as of September 3, apparently due to serious financial mismanagement, as its most recent documents filed with the IRS showed a loss of $2.8 million!

Planned Parenthood Golden Gate is probably best known for its infamous 2005 video “A Superhero for Choice,” featuring Dianysis, a “superhero” modeled on PPGG’s CEO Dian Harrison. The video — which PPGG pulled from its website soon after posting it — features, among other things, Dianysis drowning an abstinence educator in a garbage can and blowing up pro-life demonstrators: (more…)

Planned Parenthood has proved, once again, that they’ve only got one play in their miserable little play book. They can’t defend corrupting youth, destroying families and killing 305,310 unborn babies they kill every year. So they always resort to demonizing pro-lifers.

The latest attack comes from Planned Parenthood of East Central Iowa CEO Joe Lock. In a report from KCRG news today he raises the possibility of violence over the Pro-Life Action League’s protest of his big abortion gala this evening where Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards will speak.

Lock’s Desperate Ploy

Lock claims to have been working with police, local businesses and even the FBI to prevent any violence from disrupting his big abortion party. He says they’ve been calling attendees to assure them of their safety. (more…)

This morning, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards sent an e-mail to supporters encouraging them to celebrate Mother’s Day by — how else? — giving money to Planned Parenthood:

Supporter — It’s almost Mother’s Day … and if you have a mother in your life who’s anything like me or my mom (the late Texas Governor Ann Richards), then you know nothing would make her happier than a gift that represents bold and compassionate values. Like a gift in her honor to Planned Parenthood Federation of America. We’ve made it quick and easy — and we’ve even made it pretty.

“Bold and Compassionate Values?”

Aside from the sinister irony of the fact that Planned Parenthood makes its millions by annually depriving 300,000 women of the gift motherhood by killing their unborn children, you can’t help but wonder what Richards means by “bold and compassionate values”.

I was privileged to give a series of talks on Saturday at the Diocese of Brownsville‘s Youth Chastity and Pro-Life Conference held at St. Joan of Arc Parish in Weslaco, Texas.

The Diocese’s Pro-Life Apostolate organized the event, which attracted a crowd of over 300 teens, along with dozens of college students, young adults, and parents. As I’m primarily accustomed to speaking in classrooms or at pro-life club meetings, this was the largest group I’d ever spoken to!

Lila Rose shared some big pro-life news this week.

Lila, who just last month shared about her groundbreaking undercover investigations of Planned Parenthood at our TeenSpeak conference, has shone a light on the web of deceit that surrounds Planned Parenthood clinics across the country.

Now her work is getting the attention of authorities in Alabama, where Lila and her team at Live Action filmed one of their undercover videos.

Just released this morning, here’s the newest video from Live Action — an eye-opening look into the “information” and “counseling” abortion clinics provide:

When we were writing our Sharing the Pro-Life Message handbook at this time last year, one of my jobs was to make sure the information in the “Life in the Womb” section was accurate. As for the question of when the embryo’s heart begins to beat, I came across various sources that indicated this happens between 18-24 days from conception. I can’t remember seeing any source that listed anything outside this range.

That’s why it’s so ridiculous that the Planned Parenthood employee would say that “heart tones” — and not a “heartbeat” — don’t start until 7 weeks, and that a heartbeat doesn’t start until “17 or 18 weeks”.

The story of Abby Johnson’s decision to leave her job at Planned Parenthood and become pro-life continues to get a lot of media attention.

Just yesterday, on Jill Stanek’s blog, I found out about a particular act of love by a teenage girl that ended up playing a role in Abby’s conversion:

As a teen Elizabeth often prayed in front of Abby’s mill, and she tried to befriend Abby. Once Elizabeth even brought Abby flowers. Abby’s friends inside the mill dissuaded her from retrieving the flowers but when they weren’t looking, she did anyway. Abby always kept the card, which said something about Jesus caring for her, in her office.

Elizabeth (McClung) is now the director of Austin Coalition for Life. Thanks in part to her act of love for Abby years ago, and for her continued prayers, Abby left the abortion industry and is now pro-life.

Other people who used to work in the abortion industry — including former abortion clinic guard Mark Bomchill and former abortion clinic owner Carol Everett — have also talked about loving acts of kindness (more…)
